At Rovaya, we offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Tags attached and original packaging required
Invoice / order proof mandatory
Washed, worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted
Valid Reasons
Size issue (exchange only, subject to availability)
Wrong article received
Manufacturing defect (after verification)
⚠️ Color variation due to lighting/screen and minor embroidery or print variation are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale / discounted items (exchange only for size, if available)
Customized or stitched orders

Return courier charges are borne by the customer
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refunds
Refunds apply only if exchange is not available or a verified defect is found
Processed within 7–10 working days via Bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash
Rovaya reserves the right to approve or decline any request after inspection.
